- We will establish a management framework for the protection of personal information, ensure that our internal regulations are thoroughly communicated to all officers and employees, and rigorously enforce their compliance.
- We handle personal information strictly within the scope of the purposes of use explicitly presented to our customers. In addition, we will not disclose or provide personal information entrusted to us by customers to any third party without the customer’s consent, unless there is a legitimate reason to do so.
- We maintain personal information in an accurate and up-to-date condition, work to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and continuously implement improvements and corrective measures to enhance information security.
- We respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding personal information, including disclosure, with integrity and without delay.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
When we ask customers to provide personal information, we will clearly specify in advance the purpose for which that personal information will be used, and we will use it only within the scope of that stated purpose. - in cases where business succession is carried out due to a merger, corporate split, transfer of business operations, or other similar circumstances
- Notwithstanding item (1) above, when we determine that it is appropriate for our affiliated companies or agents to handle the provision of services to you or to respond to your inquiries, we may provide such affiliated companies or agents with your address, name, telephone number, and other relevant information. In such cases, you may request that we cease providing your personal information to those affiliated companies or agents.
